These differences are not considered defects.

Typical production and shipping times will be indicated at checkout but are estimates only.

Orders are fulfilled through our print partner Gelato, which operates a global network of printing and shipping providers.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied by their country.
Ink Collectivus is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Postal service disruptions
- Carrier delays
5. Returns and Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

- Incorrect due to a production error
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
Applicable for all international shipments under same conditions.
